With an oversized, squared-off shape, sharp polarized interchangeable lenses, rubberized temples and nose bridge, the Eldo has everything I look for in sunglasses for cycling and running. I’ve been wearing the Eldo on mountain bike rides and trail runs this spring and summer.
I found the interchangeable lenses a bit difficult to remove the first time, but after that, I had no problems changing lenses quickly and easily. The lighter SportFlex™ lenses that come with the wood grained glasses work great in very low light. I’ve ridden with them in near dark, and I swear they actually made it appear brighter.
BOTTOM LINE
I really like the fit and coverage of these larger frames. I appreciate the interchangeable polarized lenses. These glasses don’t slide around at all on hot, sweaty outings, and score very high on my all-important “would I wear them to the tap room” test. I’ve quickly become a fan of this Colorado-based company and their glasses (and goggles starting this snow season!).
